BODYFLOW ™ | SUNDAY 9:30 AM

During BODYFLOW™, an inspiring soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll leave the class feeling calm, centered, and happy. No equipment needed.

ZUMBA® is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. ZUMBA routines incorporate interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms – to help improve cardio vascular fitness. No equipment needed.

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, improves balance, and relieves stress. Equipment needed: Sturdy chair and a yoga mat.

We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. We will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way and leaving you with a sense of achievement. No equipment needed.
