We offer a variety of group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates as well as small group instruction for those preferring a more personal setting.

Our health & wellness centers offer the latest cardiovascular and strength training equipment to keep our members active and healthy. Regardless of your level of fitness, we have the equipment to help you enhance your flexibility, balance, and overall muscle strength. From treadmills and elliptical to free weights and FES bikes – choose the equipment that’s right for you!

Our Ys offer classes for all ages, all levels, and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training, to indoor cycling, water exercise and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.



Personal Training

We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. All of our Ys offer personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier.




HEALTHY AGING


Matter Of Balance

This program helps reduce the fear of falling and gradually increase activity levels in adults over 60. A trained coach assists participants to set realistic goals for increasing activity, and suggestions for changing their environment to reduce the risk of falls and use exercise to improve strength and balance.

Enhance Fitness

This nationally recognized program treats arthritis through fun, laughter, friends, and exercise. A certified instructor focuses on increasing cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance and flexibility which can assist in reducing arthritic symptoms.

Walk with Ease

Walking is something we all do naturally. Yet for those with arthritis pain this most elemental part of life can be difficult. Walk with Ease helps people with arthritis better manage their pain. It is also ideal for anyone without arthritis who wants to make walking a part of their exercise routine.

PERSONAL TRAINING


Designed Just For You

All Y Personal Trainers have acquired and maintained their certification through nationally recognized training programs. Their specialized education and training skills enable them to help anyone age 11 and over meet their fitness goals.

A customized fitness program will be designed to meet YOUR specific needs. The personal trainer will guide you through your workouts and provide you with encouragement, direction, motivation, and accountability.
