Ready for some GaGa Ball? Step into the GaGa Ball pit and find out! What in the world is Gaga Ball? Gaga is a fast paced, high energy sport played in an octagonal pit. Dubbed a kinder gentler version of dodge ball, the game is played with a soft foam ball, and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees.
This week-long clinic led by Lamonte Thomas is designed to help young athletes improve their fundamental basketball skills. Focus will be on dribbling, passing, shooting and defense. All skill levels are welcome! Bring your own ball.

Before and After School Program
At the Kent County YMCA we offer a safe, supervised program that helps to develop character and inspire discovery in fun in exciting ways. Our programs are licensed by the State of Rhode Island and we offer enrichment activities such as sports, yoga, martial arts, and theater.
More than childcare, the Out of School Time (OST) program nurtures the potential of children. At the Y, kids are cultivating the values, skills, and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better behavior, health, and educational achievement.
Serving the communities of Warwick, West Warwick, Coventry, East Greenwich and North Kingstown.
YMCA Learning Labs – Full Day Distance Learning Support
During YMCA Learning Labs, students in Kindergarten through fifth grade will be supported in completing their remote learning while also staying active and enjoying fun activities throughout the day. Y staff will assist students in logging on and connecting to their school programs using their own laptop or device, assist with questions during remote learning, and help to keep students on track as they connect with their teachers online. During class breaks and after schoolwork is completed, the Y team will get students up and moving in fun and creative ways to keep them engaged and active.
