At the Greater Providence YMCA, we’re here to help families reset after a busy summer. One membership gives your whole family access to six branches near you—complete with programs for kids, brand-new cardio equipment for parents, and Kids Care so you can take a class, work out, or simply take a breather.
Whether it’s swim lessons for them or a quiet moment for you, the Y is where families recharge and reconnect.
Join in September, and we’ll waive both your join fee and your September dues.
Your first payment isn’t due until October 1.
Everything That Comes with Your Family Membership
Kids Care (Child Watch)
With Kids Care included in your family membership, your child enjoys supervised play while you enjoy a class, workout, or moment to yourself. Staff are CPR and First Aid certified, and kids stay busy with crafts, story time, and interactive games.
Access to the Programs They Love
Your family membership unlocks free or discounted access to a wide range of youth programming, so kids can stay active, explore new interests, and connect with others in a safe, supportive space.
From swim lessons and the Jr. Celtics Basketball League, to summer camp, licensed childcare, and even after-school clubs like Dungeons & Dragons or Magic: The Gathering, there’s something here for every kid and every schedule.
We Make Family Time Happen
Your family membership comes with more than fitness — it comes with fun. From monthly Family Nights to special events like Trunk or Treat and Healthy Kids Day, the YMCA makes it easy to spend time together without adding one more thing to plan.
Need a night to yourself? We’ve got you covered with Kids’ Night Out. You take the break, we’ll take care of the fun.
