Kids World.
The YMCA of Greater Providence’s preschool programs provide young children with a variety of experiences that will prepare them for a lifetime of learning. Physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth is encouraged in a nurturing, supportive environment. The programs are centered on the three- way relationship that exists among children, parents/ guardians, and staff members.

The preschool programs are open to all children between the ages of 3 and 6. There are a variety of programs, ranging from nursery school to licensed kindergarten. Some of the programs include:

  We believe that the success of the children in our program is due to our dedicated and professional staff. Employees are selected based upon their experiences, education, character, and talents.
  

• Financial Assistance

  In keeping with our policy of serving the whole community, the YMCA offers
  financial assistance to children and families in need through our Open Door Program.
