Y LIFE SPRING COMMUNITY CHALLENGE!
See what all the buzz is about - register for this 12-week program that begins January 16th. Our Y Life program helps you get and stay motivated to live a healthier lifestyle. You'll receive personal assessments, 24 one-hour personal training sessions and be part of two fun team challenges. Reserve your spot today!
- In 2013, Y Life participants lost a combined 260 pounds and 132 inches.
- Partipants also increased their flexibility by 100 inches, their plank time by 40 minutes and their distance on the treadmill by 6 miles. Wow!

Work with a nationally certified personal trainer to develop an exercise program that focuses on your individual health concerns and unique fitness goals. In addition to strengthening and conditioning, we offer personal training in yoga, Pilates, water exercise, and more. We will customize your program to suit your needs. Trainers are available to work with you one-on-one, with a buddy, or in a small group setting. You can also choose from one-hour sessions or our 30-minute quick train option. Pick up an Interest Form at the Welcome Center to get started.
The West Bay Family YMCA is happy to provide this service to members requiring child care services while participating in activities in and around the facility. The Kids Care program is free of charge while members enjoy their workout/program. Parents with children as young as 6 weeks and as old as 10 may use Kids Care.

Choose from Pre-school & Youth Lessons designed to grow their confidence in the water no matter their skill level. And remember our Parent/Child Lessons introduce infants and toddlers to the water while teaching parents how to guide and supervise them, have fun, and build trust and confidence. This Club is designed to offer young adults ages 12 and up the opportunity to develop leadership skills through volunteer service within the Y and the community. Sessions and events are balanced with values discussions, peer relationship building, and managing all aspects of a young adult’s daily life. Leaders Club meets every Tuesday at 6:30pm.
