Personal Training
Work with a Certified YMCA Personal Training Instructor to develop an exercise program to meet your individual needs. Land workouts take place in the Fitness Center and Free-Weight area. Water workouts take place in our pool that has an average temperature of 87°. Trainings will be arranged around your schedule. Check out our program brochure or contact Jackie Emrich to learn more.

Swimming Lessons
Choose from Pre-school & Youth Lessons designed to grow their confidence in the water no matter their skill level. And remember our Parent/Child Lessons introduce infants and toddlers to the water while teaching parents how to guide and supervise them, have fun, and build trust and confidence. Leaders Club
This Club is designed to offer young adults ages 12 and up the opportunity to develop leadership skills through volunteer service within the Y and the community. Sessions and events are balanced with values discussions, peer relationship building, and managing all aspects of a young adult’s daily life. Leaders Club meets every Tuesday at 6:30pm. Kids Night Out
One Friday June 14th from 5:30pm-8:30pm, kids can enjoy the fun and familiar surroundings of Kids Care while parents leave the building without worry. Dinner is provided. Registration is required. Children must be potty-trained. Please contact Emily Manz to learn more.
